ELEVATE 26 – HR Conclave stands as a defining milestone in our journey of building a strong and collaborative HR community in Kerala. What began three years ago in Trivandrum as HR Evolve has now grown into a larger platform that connects HR leaders, changemakers, and progressive professionals across the state. Seeing this initiative reach Infopark Kochi and witnessing the gathering of visionary leaders under one roof was truly inspiring.
Hosting Elevate 26 was not just a professional responsibility for me; it was a moment of great honour. Standing on the stage and guiding the conversations among experienced HR leaders, industry professionals, and emerging thinkers was both humbling and rewarding. It was a reminder of how powerful a shared platform can be when people come together with a common purpose: learning, collaboration, and shaping the future of work.
Elevate 26 was much more than a typical conference. It evolved into a shared space for learning, reflection, and collective growth. The event created opportunities for meaningful conversations around leadership, organizational culture, digital transformation, and the evolving role of human resources in modern workplaces.
The keynote sessions and panel discussions offered valuable perspectives on how HR professionals must adapt to the rapidly changing world of work. Several important themes emerged from these discussions, including:
- The need for rethinking traditional HR practices in a digital and globalized environment
- The importance of collaboration and co-creation in building stronger organizations
- The growing role of conscious and purpose-driven leadership
- The impact of technology and digital transformation on people management
- The responsibility of HR leaders to shape future-ready workplaces
One of the most inspiring aspects of Elevate 26 was the presence of respected speakers who brought diverse insights and experiences to the stage. Their thought-provoking sessions sparked new ideas and encouraged deeper reflection on the evolving HR landscape.
The event featured distinguished speakers including Sam R Thomas, Jeswin Jose, Mohammed Shameel, Jilu Joseph, Binod Krishna Purushothaman, Sreeni S Warrier, CMA Abhijith Mohan, Sujas Ali, Deepu S Nath, M S Sujith Unni, Dr. Thomas George K, Rasha Kutty, and Aravind Warrier. Their contributions added immense value to the discussions and helped participants gain practical perspectives on leadership and people strategies.
Elevate 26 was also made possible through the strong support of sponsors, partners, and community collaborators who believed in the vision of building a stronger HR ecosystem. Organizations such as Epaper Times of India, LEAD College, Connectcorp, Muthoot Risk Insurance and Broking Services (MRIBS), RecruitmentBricks, TalentzQ, MiG Staffing, and HiPOINT Connect played a significant role in supporting the initiative.
Another key contributor to the success of the event was Infopark Kochi, whose support helped create an ideal environment for this important HR gathering.
Behind the scenes, a dedicated organizing team worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail of the event was carefully executed. The commitment and coordination of the team members made the entire experience seamless for speakers and participants alike.
Equally important were the participants who actively engaged in discussions, asked meaningful questions, and contributed to the overall energy of the event. Their involvement transformed the conclave from a simple event into a vibrant platform for dialogue and knowledge sharing.
Elevate 26 once again demonstrated a powerful message: the HR ecosystem in Kerala is ready to lead from the front. The enthusiasm, openness to innovation, and commitment to building better workplaces were clearly visible throughout the event.
For me personally, hosting Elevate 26 was a proud moment and a meaningful experience. It reinforced the importance of creating platforms where professionals can exchange ideas, learn from each other, and collectively shape the future of work.
As the HR landscape continues to evolve, initiatives like Elevate will continue to play an important role in fostering collaboration, leadership, and innovation within the professional community.
